When it reached an hour and employees were beginning to miss appointments, I called to find a status. I waited on hold for 20 minutes. While still on hold, the assistant manager arrived with our order and failed to apologize or see the issue in the delayed service or the fact that I was still on hold. I am very disappointed and will never order from this establishment again.June 14, 2016
