  My husband and I ate there today. We both ordered gumbo. He was brought a full bowl and I was brought half a bowl. I asked the waitress why the difference ? She didn't know.. she would go ask the cook. She came back and said it had something to do with the water and measuring it !! REALLY !!!!!
  I then asked if I they would take off 2-3 dollars for the missing half bowl. She said she would have to go get the manager and it wasn't her fault !! The manager never came !! Never even came out from the back room !! Not once. The waitress never came back to our table again either !
  At the checkout when asked if it was good ! I told her no and I would never be back there again !! I relayed what had happened to her and she said,"Really?? Water??" But she never offered an apology or compensation..
  So NO...I, my friends, my family, will never eat there again..... Some service..

  I have been a customer for a very long time. Back when it was at the other location and Frenchy was still alive. Wonderful place for catfish!! Nice staff. We stop every time we come thru town.

  Best fried catfish i have had in years. Excellent food and fast service. My first choice to eat lunch or dinner when driving through Seladia, Mo, and I don't have to talk my wife into eating there because she loves the coconut shrimp dinner.

  Stopped in today for lunch. I had the Catfish dinner. The beans were obviously from a can, the hush puppies were really salty, and the catfish was plain, tasteless, and a little chewy. I won't be coming back here. It was reasonably priced at $8.95 but not worth it for me.
